Questions? We have answers.
Here are the things people ask us most often. If you don’t see your question, just reach out — we’re always happy to talk.
Q: What areas do you serve?
We are based in Twin Falls, Idaho and primarily serve the Magic Valley region, including the surrounding communities. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, contact us — we’re happy to discuss your specific location.
Q: How is pricing structured?
Because our services are tailored to each client, pricing depends on the scope, frequency, and nature of your needs. We discuss this during your free initial consultation so there are no surprises. We believe in transparent, fair pricing that reflects the value of what we provide.
Q: How do you handle my private information?
With complete discretion. We take confidentiality seriously at every level — from the details of your schedule to sensitive documents and personal affairs. We do not share, disclose, or discuss client information. Ever.
Q: What if my request isn’t listed on your services page?
Ask us anyway. Our services page covers the most common areas we support, but our work is inherently flexible. If it’s something we can help with, we will. If we can’t, we’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Q: Are you available on weekends or evenings?
We work to accommodate our clients’ schedules. Availability depends on your specific needs and the nature of the task. This is something we discuss during your initial consultation so we can set realistic expectations from the start.
Q: What’s the minimum commitment?
There is no fixed minimum. Some clients retain us on an ongoing basis; others reach out for specific projects or one-time needs. We structure our support around what you actually need — not around a package.
Q: How quickly can you start?
In most cases, we can begin supporting you shortly after an initial consultation. For time-sensitive situations, reach out directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Do you work with businesses as well as individuals?
Yes. While many of our clients are individuals and families, we also support executives and small business owners with personal and administrative tasks. If you’re managing a demanding schedule, we can help — regardless of the context.
